Located at 27 George Parade, just off Collins Street, it features a 10-seat Tasmanian oak bar top set against dark green gloss-finished tiles. Signature drinks include the Nikka Mecha Lemon, a citrusy sugar-free highball made with Nikka Coffey Vodka, and the Melbourne Sazerac, which adds a subtle coffee infusion to a base of rye whisky and cognac. The venue operates Tuesday to Saturday from 3 pm to midnight and is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
