Raymond "Red" Reddington is an ex-United States Navy officer, presumed to be an officer of the Office of Naval Intelligence, and number 4 on the FBI's Most Wanted List.[4] A U.S. Naval Academy graduate, he worked in US counterintelligence and was being groomed for admiral when something happened on his way home for the Christmas holidays.
